Our professional disaster responders may be readied in advance of an impending disaster (such as a predicted hurricane) or called together just after an event has occurred. The experienced field leaders of the High Alert Critical Response teams concentrate solely on the crisis response, freeing your corporate management team to lead daily operations and run your business. In most cases, the appropriate complement of personnel to accomplish this task is an Incident Response Command Team (IRCT). This is the same system implemented nationally and internationally by governments and major corporations to handle disasters large and small. IRCTs are deployed to manage the crisis response, while local leaders handle the demands of day-to-day business. When the disaster is over, the IRCT goes home, leaving local leadership intact. The High Alert Critical Response IRCT officers are all disaster responders with field leadership experience and many have received national recognition for their service. Their skills have kept municipal and community leaders €œon the rails€ in the worst of circumstances and bring this wealth of experience to you in uncertain times. One option is to have us deploy our IRCT staff to manage the response or to support your corporate Emergency Operations Center until the crisis has passed.
