We run our company using the same Incident Command System (ICS) that emergency management professionals use to manage all levels of disaster responses. Except where required by law, High Alert does not have the usual corporate titles. There are no “Executive VPs” or “Chief Suite Officers.” Instead, we are organized by ICS function, with Operations Section Chiefs leading each of the corporate subsidiaries and every position is fully redundant to ensure corporate business continuity.
